Refund policy

At RF JEWELLERY, we carefully check our products before dispatch. We want you to receive your order in proper condition.

Returns & Replacements

RF JEWELLERY does not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or if you simply do not like the product.

A replacement may be provided only if:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product is defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product received is different from the product ordered.

48-Hour Claim Period

Any damaged, defective, or incorrect product must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

For any damaged, defective, or wrong-product claim, the customer must record a clear and continuous unboxing video.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package.
  • Clearly show the sealed package.
  • Clearly show the shipping label/order details.
  • Show the complete opening of the package.
  • Clearly show the product received and the issue.

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Product Condition

For an approved replacement, the product must be returned in its original condition along with its original packaging and accessories, where applicable.

Products that have been worn, altered, damaged due to misuse, or handled improperly may not be eligible for replacement.

Refunds

If a replacement is not possible because the product is unavailable, RF JEWELLERY may provide an appropriate refund for the eligible product.

Approved prepaid-order refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request valid bank/UPI details to process an eligible refund.

Return Shipping

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered due to an error on our part, RF JEWELLERY may arrange or bear the applicable return shipping cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
