Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weather conditions, holidays and other circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

RF JEWELLERY may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional periods.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking information may be provided through email, SMS, WhatsApp or other available communication channels.

Delivery Delays

If your order is delayed, please contact us with your Order ID so that we can check the shipment status.

Courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, natural events, incorrect addresses and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Damaged Package

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please record the condition of the package and follow our mandatory unboxing-video requirement before opening it.
